Киш с клубникой

Тесто:
100 гр. сахара
100 гр. масла
120 гр. сметаны
280 гр. муки
1 ч.л. разрыхлителя или соды погашенной

Крем:
1 стакан сметаны
1 яйцо
0.5 ст. сахара (хотя даже этого оказалось много)
2 ст.л. муки

У меня еще была пачка творога, ее я тоже замешала в тесто.

Ну и клубника.

Значит смешиваем сметану с маслом и сахаром, добавляем соду и муку, вымешиваем тесто, выкладываем его на дно формы, распределяем руками и делаем бортики.
Ставим на несколько минут в холодильник.
Затем достаем, выкладываем клубнику.
Готовим крем – тщательно смешиваем сметану, яйцо, сахар и муку (ну и творог, если добавите). Заливаем смесью клубнику и ставим на 40 минут приблизительно в духовку. Выпекаем при 180 градусах.
